Growth systems

Growth systems that earn attention and turn it into leads and sales

Two levers decide whether a business grows: how much qualified attention it gets, and how much of that attention survives the path to a deal.

I combine content, web, AI automation and sales operations around whichever of the two is currently costing you the most. You describe the business situation — choosing the tools is my job.

Diagnostic

Where is the bottleneck right now?

Pick the situation that matches your business. No need to know which tools are involved — that comes later.

01

Attention comes in, but too little of it becomes a lead

People find you, message you or visit the site — and a large part of that interest quietly disappears before anyone talks to them.

Start with Conversion Engine
02

We handle demand well, there just is not enough of it

When someone reaches you, the conversation usually goes somewhere. The problem is how few people reach you in the first place.

Start with Traffic Engine
03

Both sides need work — or what works needs to scale

Attention and conversion both need attention, or something already works and you want to scale it without losing control of the process.

Start with Growth Engine

Three systems

Three offer paths, separated by problem — not by technology

Each system starts from a different business bottleneck. The stack behind it is chosen after the diagnosis, not before.

Traffic Engine

The offer works. Not enough people see it.

A systematic flow of qualified attention, turned into a managed acquisition channel instead of occasional posting.

Who it is for

Businesses with a real product and a sales path that already converts, but not enough qualified attention reaching it.

When this is the bottleneck

  • Sales depend on referrals and word of mouth, with no repeatable inbound flow.
  • Content happens in bursts, whenever someone remembers to post.
  • Warm leads convert well, but the pipeline runs dry between them.
  • Paid ads are the only lever available for getting attention.

What we can build

  • Short-form content strategy built around your offer and your buyer
  • Content production workflows a real team can sustain
  • Editing, hooks and storytelling that hold attention past the first seconds
  • AI-assisted production to raise output without dropping quality
  • Repurposing so one idea becomes a week of assets
  • Multi-platform distribution across Reels, Shorts, TikTok and YouTube
  • Social profile and CTA architecture that gives attention somewhere to go
  • Content-to-inbound lead capture instead of untracked DMs
  • Analytics and an iteration loop on what actually gets watched and clicked

What the first pilot looks like

One platform, one content format. We build the production and distribution workflow, run it for an agreed period and track what earns attention and what turns into profile visits and enquiries.

What we measure

  • Published output against the plan
  • Retention and watch-through on hooks
  • Profile visits and link clicks
  • Inbound enquiries attributable to content

No promised view counts or lead volumes. The pilot exists to produce, measure and improve — the numbers depend on your market and offer.

Conversion Engine

Demand arrives. Part of it never reaches a conversation.

Fewer manual losses, and a clear path from first contact to the next commercial step.

Who it is for

Businesses that already get traffic and enquiries, but lose part of that demand between the first contact and a commercial action.

When this is the bottleneck

  • Enquiries wait hours — sometimes a day — for a first reply.
  • Leads live scattered across DMs, inboxes and spreadsheets.
  • Follow-up depends on someone remembering to do it.
  • The site gets visits, but few of them turn into a conversation.
  • Nobody can say what happened to last month's enquiries.

What we can build

  • Website and landing page conversion improvements
  • Lead capture wired into where the team actually works
  • AI chat and voice assistants for the first response
  • Qualification that separates a real buyer from a browser
  • CRM structure and routing to the right person
  • Automated follow-up and reminders
  • Booking and handoff to a human at the right moment
  • n8n integrations between site, AI, CRM and notifications
  • Operational dashboards so the pipeline is visible day to day

What the first pilot looks like

One flow, end to end — usually from website enquiry to booked conversation. Capture, instant response, qualification, routing and follow-up wired together and switched on for an agreed period.

What we measure

  • Time to first response
  • Share of enquiries that receive a reply at all
  • Enquiry to qualified conversation rate
  • Booked conversations and handoffs
  • Leads that ended without follow-up

The system removes manual losses and makes the path visible. How many of those conversations close still depends on your offer, pricing and team.

Growth Engine

Both layers need work — or a working system needs to scale.

Attention and conversion connected into one measurable system, sequenced by whichever layer is losing the most.

Who it is for

Businesses that need both layers connected, or that already have something working and want to scale it without losing control of the process.

When this is the bottleneck

  • Attention and conversion both need work, and you want a sequence rather than five projects at once.
  • Content produces interest that nothing downstream picks up.
  • The system works, but only because specific people hold it together.
  • You want the whole funnel visible in one place before scaling spend or headcount.

What we can build

  • Traffic Engine and Conversion Engine, sequenced by bottleneck
  • Automation across the full path, not one isolated step
  • Analytics from first touch to commercial action
  • A content-to-lead funnel instead of two disconnected efforts
  • CRM and follow-up as one operating layer
  • A feedback loop from sales conversations back into content and offer

What the first pilot looks like

It starts with a diagnosis. We agree which layer loses the most, build there first, and add the second layer only once the first produces measurable movement.

What we measure

  • Attention to enquiry rate
  • Enquiry to commercial action rate
  • Effort and cost per qualified conversation
  • Where the funnel loses the most, month over month

This is a growth system, not a profit guarantee. It is built to make the path measurable and improvable — results depend on your market, offer and team.

How we start

Bottleneck first, build second

Every engagement follows the same four steps — small, verifiable and reversible before anything large is built.

  1. 01

    Bottleneck

A short diagnosis of where growth is actually being lost: attention, conversion, or both. Nothing gets built before that is agreed.

  2. 02

    Proof or prototype

You see the specific thing being proposed — a flow, a prototype, a piece of content, a working demo — before committing to a full build.

  3. 03

    Minimal pilot

One narrow system, built end to end and switched on, with the measurements defined before it starts.

  4. 04

    Measured next decision

We look at what the pilot produced and decide together: extend it, adjust it, or stop. No open-ended retainer.

Questions

Before we talk

Do you guarantee a number of leads or revenue?

No. Results depend on your market, offer, pricing and team. What I build makes the path from attention to a commercial action visible, measurable and improvable — and we agree up front what we are measuring.

How do you decide which system I need?

By diagnosis. If demand exists and is lost after the first contact, we start with the Conversion Engine. If the sales path works but too few people reach it, we start with the Traffic Engine. If both need work, the Growth Engine sequences them, beginning with the larger loss.

Do I need to understand AI, n8n or CRM tooling?

No. You describe the business situation. The tooling is an implementation detail on my side, and what you get back is a system your team can operate.

What does a first project usually look like?

One narrow pilot rather than a full rebuild: a single flow or channel, built end to end, with the measurements agreed before it starts.

Do you publish fixed prices?

No. Scope differs too much between a single conversion flow and a connected growth system. After the diagnostic conversation you get a concrete scope and price for the pilot.

Can you work with an existing site, CRM or team?

Yes. Most work starts inside what already exists — I replace only the parts that are actually costing you.

Next step

Start with the bottleneck, not a list of tools

Tell me where your business is losing growth right now. You get back where I would start, what a first pilot covers and what we would measure.
