Client Growth Systems
Get qualified attention, and turn it into leads, bookings and deals.

Systems and products that turn attention into action.
For business: Traffic Engine, Conversion Engine and Growth Engine — attention, and what happens to it afterwards. Alongside that: my own digital products, a private circle, and consumer ideas researched before anything is sold.
Client work is the main commercial direction. Alongside it: my own products, Warriors Team and new consumer projects — each shown at the stage it is actually at.
Get qualified attention, and turn it into leads, bookings and deals.
Owned digital products built from the same systems I run for clients.
A private circle for people already building — standards, not motivation.
Consumer products: validate the demand first, build second.
Businesses lose growth in one of two places: not enough qualified attention, or too much of that attention lost between first contact and a commercial step. Each system starts from the one that is costing you.
The offer works. Not enough people see it.
A systematic flow of qualified attention, turned into a managed acquisition channel instead of occasional posting.
Demand arrives. Part of it never reaches a conversation.
Fewer manual losses, and a clear path from first contact to the next commercial step.
Both layers need work — or a working system needs to scale.
Attention and conversion connected into one measurable system, sequenced by whichever layer is losing the most.
Diagnostic
Pick the situation that matches your business — no tooling knowledge required.
A short selection of the strongest products, platforms and systems from the full portfolio.
AI SaaS product · Customer app + operations console
Customers sign up, try the AI, subscribe and manage their own data — while the business runs it from an admin console instead of by hand.
Task
An AI demo is not a business. The conversation, the account, the trial limit, the payment, the consent record and the people who operate it all have to work as one product.
What was built
A full AI SaaS: a customer app in three languages with accounts, trial limits, subscription and consent controls — plus an operations console for activation, subscriptions, AI cost, system health and support lookups.
Key features
Two-sided marketplace · Education
Students find and filter a verified tutor themselves, tutors apply through a structured form, and the operator decides who gets published.
Task
Tutors and students lived in chats and spreadsheets — no single place to browse by subject and language, apply to teach, or keep requests in order.
What was built
A tutor marketplace: a filterable catalog, tutor profiles, a structured application flow, an admin review layer, lesson-package logic and a multilingual structure.
Key features
Conversion landing · Live client project
A live public page that presents the offer clearly and moves visitors along one route: understand it, then register.
Task
The brand needed a clear public landing that presents its offer and routes visitors toward registration.
What was built
A responsive public landing: information architecture, offer and access presentation, and a single conversion route to registration.
Key features
These are my own products. Client builds live in Work — they are not sold here.
See where a website loses leads, trust and visibility — and what to fix first.
What it solves
A site gets visitors but few enquiries, and nobody can say which part of the page is responsible.
Who it is for
Any business whose website should be producing more enquiries than it does.
Turn manual business work into simple AI-assisted systems you run yourself.
What it solves
Leads, follow-up and content depend on someone remembering, so things slip and nothing is tracked.
Who it is for
Founders, operators, freelancers and agency owners who want the system in-house.
Both products are in early access. At this stage nothing is charged here.
Owned products, not client projectsA private circle around business, training, discipline, cars, content and execution. Real people building real things, holding each other to a higher bar.
Who it is for
People already building — a business, content or a skill — who want a sharper circle and higher standards around them.
Access
By application. Every application is read personally; if the format suits, we talk on a call and decide together. No public price — first we work out whether it suits both sides.
What it runs on
Drop is a lab, not a shop. The current concept is a performance meal system for people who train — at the research stage, with nothing for sale.
Current concept under research
Performance meal system
Ready-to-eat meals organised as a weekly or daily system, for people who train and want structured food without cooking or deciding every day.
What is being researched
Nothing on this page is for sale. No prices, no stock, no delivery, no launch date. If this becomes a product, it will be because the research supported it.

Personal updates and things that do not fit the other channels.
I build AI systems, web platforms and content systems for businesses and personal brands. Everything here comes from real client work — not theory, not recycled courses.
The focus is simple: turn attention into leads and sales, with systems that keep working after launch. Speed and clean execution are the standard behind every build.
Every system runs on my own work or a client's before it's offered to anyone.
Processes, automations and checklists you can ship — not motivation.
Systems that keep producing after launch, not one-off projects.
