Context

A tutoring marketplace serving students in Ukraine and Finland. Students find a verified tutor, tutors apply to teach, and an operator controls who gets listed.

The business problem

Matching lived in chats and spreadsheets. There was no single place to browse tutors by subject and language, no structured way to apply as a tutor, and no reliable way to keep applications and requests in order.
